The team gets from last to the first place in only half season (away game).
Cincotta succeeds former coach Luca Viola inheriting the team in the 14th place and leading it to the 1st place in only half season. At the end of the first round, Antonio Cincotta, becomes coach of Milan Ladies, team involved in a crisis related to sport results. From the penultimate place with only 10 points, coach Cincotta takes the team to 28 points in only 8 games, and in the second half of the season, Milan Ladies becomes first in ranking. The team wins the debut game against Pontese (first in ranking). At the end of the season, with 38 points, Milan becomes incredibly the 5th.

AC Seattle reaches the 1st place in the Northwest Conference, the 1st place in the Evergreen Cup (Washington) and gains access to the final in California.
The team is defeated in Sacramento (Tucson – AC Seattle 1-0).
Antonio Cincotta is the first Italian coach to land in the Women Premier League US. The first experience with a team that had seen several Italian footballers, among which talents like Schiavi, Guagni and Giacinti. AC Seattle wins the North West division (Washington & Oregon) and gains access to the final stages. He also leads the team in the “final playoffs” (the final derby AC Seattle, Seattle Reign B 2-0). The American experience gives him another victory: the Evergreen Cup, the women’s cup between clubs of Washington state. Romina Pinna, becomes top scorer of the League.
Cincotta becomes coach at mid-season. From the 13th place the team reaches the 6th place.
The team gains 20 points in only half season (away game). At the end of the first round, Antonio Cincotta comes as coordinator of Atletico Oristano in Sardinia. From third to last with only 7 points, Mr. Cincotta’s team achieves 27 points, winning at home against Scalese Team, which had never been defeated in its Stadium during that season. Cincotta leads the team to the fifth position already in the second round. The team achieves the position of “no relegation” in the championship, avoiding the “Play Out”.

At the end of the first day of the season, after only 43 days of work, the coach is dismissed by new president Davide Erba. Gazzetta dello Sport justifies the choice mentioning the first defeat against Florence and the relationship between the coach and Monza footballer Alessandra Nencioni. The team is headed by Patrizio Sala, and the club will end the season receding in Serie B.

Passage to Serie A.
With the arrival of Antonio Cincotta, the Fiammamonza Ladies Team, despite the transfer of top player Valentina Velati to the rivals of ‘Inter Milano Female, passes from penultimate place in the season 2010/2011 to SECOND PLACE. The team gains the promotion to Serie A after the final national (Siena – Monza 1-0). It establishes the historic RECORD points of the club (67), the best defense in the league (16 goals against) and also wins the Fair Play award as the fairest team of the league. Coach Antonio Cincotta receives two awards: “Best Coach 2012” and “Bench Silver FIGC”. The athletes “Viola Brambilla” and “Re Cecilia” will be permanently called in the national youth team during that excellent season.
In January Cincotta succeeds former coach Anna Mega.

The season shows a growth compared to the FOURTH place in the 2009/2010 championship; The promotion arrives after a play-off won against Como in Lissone. It scores more than 10 points, compared to the previous year.

Dal 2009 è, oltre che tecnico delle squadre Agonistiche, Direttore Generale della società sportiva Masseroni Marchese srl ed ha diretto il club, scelto come uomo di fiducia dal presidente Vincenzo Cicoria nell’ importante mission di raddoppiare le attività, partecipando e vincendo un bando pubblico per la creazione di un secondo centro sportivo in vista di ’expo 2015, l’ impianto Masseroni 2, sito nella splendida cornice del Monte Stella, qt8. Antonio gestiva anche attraverso l’ inserimento di responsabili per ogni area strategica staff, sponsorizzazioni, grandi eventi e comunicazione.
Ha tenuto insieme al Presidente Cicoria, all’ architetto Stefano Gaudimundo e al responsabile della comunicazione Giorgio Fradà la Conferenza Ufficiale di Presentazione del progetto Masseroni 2.

Oltre all’ attività svolta come tecnico, nell’ anno 2007 2008 è stato ideatore e fondatore del progetto “STUDIO, GIOCO E MI DIVERTO”, RIVOLTO ALLE SCUOLE ELEMENTARI. Docenti di attività motoria forniti dalla scuola calcio Masseroni Marchese , qualificati sotto l’ egida dal Comitato Olimpico Nazionale Italiano hanno insegnato sport nelle classi durante il normale orario scolastico, in collaborazione con il corpo insegnanti delle scuola, sviluppando le lezioni di attività motoria lungo l’intero anno. Periodicamente le scuole sono state invitate nelle funzionali strutture della Masseroni Marchese per sviluppare delle giornate sportive a tema, ed il progetto ha avuto uno straordinario successo anche sui media più importanti, tra cui Gazzetta Dello Sport.
